Secure Packaging
Carefully place the unused fragrance bottle in its original designer box and use a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
